Sydney is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor that specializes in family & couples counseling. She is a graduate of Hampton University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Aside from counseling hundreds of couples, Sydney has tackled head-on and survived the best and worst of being married and being in the dating game as a single mother. She shares a glimpse of her story in Intentional 4Play, with the hopes of sparing her daughters, friends, singles and even those married, the costly mistakes she made along her journey. Sydney is blessed with three beautiful children, a loving and supportive mother and a tight-knit family.
