Manabi Hirasaki, a lifelong farmer in regions throughout California, is a former grower and board member of Driscoll Strawberry Associates, Inc. During World War II, he served in the U.S. Army with the 522nd Field Artillery Battalion of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team. He and his wife, Sumi, have been supporters of the Japanese American National Museum since its inception.
