Up and coming author, April Hilland, is no stranger to children's literature. She is an educator, consultant, and teacher-librarian who knows how to create entertaining stories which capture the imaginations of readers of all ages. April lives on Gabriola Island in British Columbia, Canada with her husband and two daughters.
