Otava Heikkila is a comic artist born in 1990 in Finland. He's been working on the Lucardo story since 2016 and has been published in the MY MONSTER BOYFRIEND anthology published by Iron Circus. He's interested in stories about finding soft spaces in rough lives, autonomy being at odds with responsibility, and beautiful immortals competing to be the most dramatic of all. Otava began transitioning during the creation of this book; the paths opened and thoughts untangled by starting this series made it possible to begin the process in earnest.
