Julio Alonso-Arevalo is the head librarian in the Translation and Documentation library at the University of Salamanca. He is the editor of the E-LIS Open Access Repository, coordinator of the LIS and InfoDoc mailing lists and author of a number of articles in specialized journals on the topic of e-books, open access and reference managers.
