Hazel McBride grew up in a small village in Scotland, surrounded by forests, mountains, ocean, and incredible wildlife. She now lives in the Netherlands with her Dutch husband and their border collie Whiskey, but the dream is to one day live on a farm in the Scottish Highlands (yes even in winter!).
