He also cocompiled Best Advice: 40 Leadership Tips from 40 Leaders for Mercuri Urval, the global talent management consultancy. After graduating from Nottingham and Durham Universities he has led business divisions, directed global accounts, sat on boards, worked with aid organizations in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, and coached sports teams.
