David Toke teaches politics and economics and advises on wind power and energy efficiency techniques. He has contributed articles on energy and environmental issues to the Times Educational Supplement, New Statesman & Society and has written for the Open University. He is the author of Green Energy (London: Merlin Press, 1990).
