Darrell Wayne Powell is the only son of his late parents, William and Doris Powell. Darrell has retired from employment with the state of Texas and recently married Candice Ugarte. He's the proud stepfather of four. Darrell loves pecan pie, tennis, college football and basketball, cruising the Caribbean and parts of Mexico, movies especially science fiction, fantasy, and those about superheroes.
