Terry J Walker grew up swimming and surfing in the waters of Kailua Bay, Hawaii. As much at home in the ocean as she is on land, it makes perfect sense that she has befriended spinner dolphins and writes about them. She has also written How to Swim With Dolphins: A Guide to Being, and will soon release Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins: A Layman's Guide. She lives on Hawaii Island with her husband, Norman and cat, Mr. Chubbs. These days she gets in the ocean as much as possible, paints, writes, and works in her yard.
