Chris Hayes has published poems in The Missouri Review, Beloit Poetry Journal, The Gettysburg Review, The Los Angeles Review, and several other literary magazines. He has been the recipient of the Erskine J. Poetry Prize from Smartish Pace, as well as a runner-up for the Jeffrey E. Smith Editors' Prize from The Missouri Review. Chris is also the Editor-in-Chief of Apalachee Review. He lives and works in Tallahassee, Florida.
