Monica Hunter is a wife, mother, business woman, and first-time author sharing a special story from her life. In 2018, Monica helped a stranger in her community, Stephanie Hollifield, with her adopted daughter's hair. The chance encounter turned into a viral story overnight, which evolved into a beautiful friendship built on the commonality of moms that love their children and their community. Monica wrote Mommy Loves Me, Can't You See? to demonstrate that families come in many shades, and although many are different, they are bound by love. Monica and her husband Vincent Hunter, are the founders of LoveWorks, an organization focused on promoting the action of love through marriage, family, and community. They have three daughters, Makenna, Miley and Madison. They live by the motto, Love works, if you do!
