Nancy Rips is the Book Maven of the Midwest. She's a longtime bookseller and book reviewer who does regular book segments on radio and TV. She began collecting stories for HANUKKAH STORIES after her first two books, SEDER STORIES and HIGH HOLIDAY STORIES were so successful.
Each story is chosen with care, making sure there's just the right mix of funny, thought provoking, and the unexpected. And when it comes to promoting books, she's a rock star. If we could bottle her energy, the literacy rate in this country would be 110%.
