Comics legend Rob Liefeld began his career just out of high school, working for Marvel and DC. At Marvel, he reinvigorated the ailing New Mutants series, introducing dozens of new characters and transforming the title into industry powerhouse X-Force. The first issue of X-Force sold an unprecedented 5 million copies in the US, making it the second bestselling comic book of all time.

Following his stratospheric success at Marvel, Liefeld teamed with his peers Todd McFarlane, Jim Lee, Marc Silvestri, Erik Larsen, Jim Valentino, and Whilce Portacio to launch Image Comics, the most successful independent label in comic book history. Rob's original Image creation Youngblood would become a massive success.

Over the course of his career, Liefeld has created such popular characters as Deadpool, Cable, Domino, X-Force, Supreme, Prophet, and Glory, and produced memorable runs on top-tier franchises including Wolverine, Captain America, Avengers, Deathstroke, Hawk and Dove, X-Men, Spider-Man, Hawkman, and Teen Titans. He's collaborated with such comics luminaries as Alan Moore, Chris Claremont, Mark Millar, Joe Casey, Jeph Loeb, and Robert Kirkman.
