Arvis Marie Taitt I graduated, in 1972 from Norfolk State University with a B.A. in Fine Art Education and a minor in English. Because of life's circumstances, I was most fortunate to have traveled to Germany, England, and Guyana, South America, where I was able to observe many cultures and traditions. Because of this, blinders were taken off my eyes and I was enabled to see the real function of educational and youth foundational services. As a result, I now firmly believe that if the foundation of any developmental process in life is not built on truth, the quest for such truth is in vain. But...what is truth? What is it that holds lives together? No one seems to have discovered the right answer but...the Bible does.
