Christopher Saunders is the associate dean for postgraduate education at Lancaster University Management School. He has over twenty years' experience in the design and direction of leadership development programs for a range of different organizations. Most recently Chris has been director of Lancaster's Executive MBA program, taught in the UK, Ghana, and Malaysia. He has previously been director of the full-time MBA program.
