With training and experience in business, when I began work as a licensed counselor/therapist it was inevitable to take special interest in problems that are troublesome on the job. Perfectionism is one of those. It was also as near to me as my face in the mirror. What good news it was for me personally to trade the defeat of perfectionism for the "jump for joy" fun and success of excellence. And equally rewarding to help others find that same relief--that same 180 degree shift. If you're a perfectionist, or living with one, I'd love to let my book help you. I am an enthusiastic Christian who uses valid empirical evidence of the behavioral sciences to bring transformational truth to resolve hard problems. I recently retired from several years teaching and serving as Vice-President for Academic Affairs at Oxford Graduate School.
