For more than twenty years, Amy has been learning from children. Her years of work experience range from learning centers to summer camps to elementary schools. For the past eleven years, Amy has been on an adventure-not on a "magic school bus," but on a bookmobile serving as driver and mobile librarian. She considers it a privilege to be in a position to touch the minds of the next generation through the power of words. Amy has been writing since she was ten years old. She has a degree in English writing and literature, and two diplomas from the Institute of Children's Literature. When Amy isn't reading or writing, she enjoys swimming and spending time with her family at home in Elizabethtown, PA.
