Edward Hancox is obsessed with all things Icelandic. He has written about Iceland for various magazines and websites, including 'Iceland Review' and the 'Reykjavik Grapevine'. In 2013, he released his first book 'Iceland, Defrosted' to a sell out crowd at the Embassy of Iceland in London. His obsessive streak has led to an fascination with the Atlantic puffin and particularly their plight for survival. The love affair endures to this day.
