Margaret Ford first discovered her interest in cake decorating at catering college in Aberdeen and subsequently expanded her skills alongside a master baker. She and her husband David created the CelCakes (C) specialist range of products – the yellow CelPad has become an essential in a cake decorator's workbox. Margaret travels extensively in the UK and overseas demonstrating her skills.
