Darien holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated from the Talent Management Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the Entrepreneurial Studies Executive Course at London Business School, and the Howard University Sherpa Executive Coaching course.
