Andy Coombe, according to his coauthors, is a brilliant facilitator. He thrives in sparking individuals and groups to think, talk, and act to bring life, vitality, and success to work. He is a graduate of theology and philosophy from Southampton University, and organizational change from Bristol University. He has extensive operational and change advisory experience in the UK Health Sector, working with boards as both an HR director of an acute hospital trust and leading an NHS service and organization change agency. Andy now leads Kairos Consultancy, which focuses on leadership and organizational development. He is also engaged in executive coaching, mediation, and large event facilitation.
