Erik Hoving is a partner in the Rotterdam office of Arthur D. Little, Inc. He leads the Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media, and Electronics practice. In this extremely exciting world he is especially interested in issues concerning strategy and organization, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Before he joined Arthur D. Little, he worked for AT&T Network Systems International, which is now known as Lucent Technologies.
