J. Drew Lanham is a native of Edgefield, South Carolina, and an Alumni Distinguished Professor of Wildlife Ecology and Master Teacher at Clemson University. A birder, naturalist, and hunter-conservationist, Lanham has published essays and poetry in publications including Orion, Flycatcher, and Wilderness.
