Elaine Shelabarger was born in Wales, lives in London, and regards the United States as her second home. The widow of a U.S. Naval Officer, she loves to visit family and friends in Wyoming and Colorado. Elaine combined a career as an English teacher with raising a family. Now retired, she shares an apartment with two spoiled cats, enjoys spending time with her extended family, and is happily pursuing her childhood dream of becoming a writer.
