Ipsita Y. Banerjee BScN RN MPH, is a Nurse Educator with a passion for building healthy communities through resilience education. Seeing the common issues faced by the thousands of clients she has worked with around the world, Ipsita wrote The Concrete Flower Series to empower future generations with essential skills for success in life and leadership. As the recipient of the Millennium Excellence Award for community involvement and a member of the Golden Key Society for exceptional academic achievement, Ipsita has experienced the powerful impact of community leadership and encourages people of all ages to discover their inner leader. Ipsita graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from Simon Fraser University with a Master of Public Health, and has certificates in clinical education and leadership development. In her free time, she enjoys art, travel, meditation, yoga, nature, and spending time with inspiring people.
