Made to choose as a child between a pretty dress and a box of crayons as a gift from her parents, Celeste Zeta-Montalban would always settle for the latter. Painting and writing are at the center of her soul and the focus of her creativity. Celeste also has a Masters degree in Psychology and has been a lecturer in The University of Science and Technology in Nigeria. She was also a contributing feature writer for the Nigerian Tide, a major newspaper in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Settling eventually in the USA, Celeste continued to paint and exhibit. She has participated in the Asian-American exhibit in San Francisco and has also written two books of short stories and several books of poetry.
