Yildiz was born in England to an English mother and Turkish Cypriot father that inspired her interest in culture and religion from an early age. In her teens she read the old and new testament of the Bible, Koran and the Baghavad-Gita to try to understand the differences and similarities between them. At the same time she was fascinated with science and the constant questions that were always rising about how things worked. Nature, ecology, the body, mechanics and chemistry and the mind. She married an Indian man and the fascination in culture and religion became richer. Yildiz started her work life as a medical laboratory technician. Later she became a physics and chemistry and multicultural religion teacher. Early in her teaching career she moved with her husband and children to Australia and continued teaching for many years. At a sensitive point in her life she was introduced to Vedic astrology and her spiritual curiosity was re awaked. She started an intense study of Vedic astrology where she became fascinated with karmic cycles. She felt the call to move away from teaching to follow this passion but was torn as she enjoyed teaching and the young people she was engaged with. After a year of struggle she became sick and decided to listen to what her body was telling her. She left teaching to become more engrossed in her Vedic astrology studies. Eventually new questions arose. Isn't it possible to change karmic cycles? Do we have to remain in constant cycles of suffering? This led her to studies to become a counsellor, however looking for better and more effective ways of working to help herself and others make deep change and transformation she became a clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and Family Constellations practitioner. Later she became an author and the founder of two new psychotherapies. Emotional Mind Integration and Rapid Core Healing.
