Joseph C. Kvedar, MD, graduated from the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont, completed his residency in dermatology at Massachusetts General Hospital, and is now a professor of dermatology at Harvard Medical School. Kvedar is internationally acclaimed for his revolutionary work in the field of connected health and has authored more than one hundred publications focusing on helping providers and patients better manage chronic conditions. His work has been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology, and the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. He is the cochair of the American Medical Association's Digital Medicine Payment Advisory Group, president-elect of the American Telemedicine Association, and a strategic advisor at Mavericks Capital, PureTech Health, and Qualcomm Life.
