Dr. Suzanne Turner owns and manages Potenza Ltd, a consultancy that focuses on energising the potential of individuals in organisations. Dr.Turner is also involved in the development of Senior and Middle Management in association with the University of Warwick. She is a former consultant with Andersen Consulting, Computervision and Rossmore Dempsey and Company. The author currently works with a wide range of organisations from global corporations to niche providers.
