A native of New York, Thomas Crockett, formerly a teacher of English, an acting coach and theater director, has authored six previous books, primarily fiction. He has lived in San Mateo, California for more than thirty years. An avid traveler and researcher, he possesses a passion for history, in particular English Tudor history, Italian Renaissance history and New York history in the 1960s.
