Amanda White is neither a prestigious Chef nor a professional chef, but she is a self-proclaimed lover of food and is passionate about inventing quick and easy recipes for everyday life. She is a working mother who, due to her child's celiac disease, started to experiment with gluten-free cooking by creating delicious recipes so that her son doesn't miss some loved foods. In the last 13 years, she has specialized in the preparation of recipes complying with the parameters of the ketogenic diet. Almost as a joke, she thought to collect some of her recipes and publish her first cookbook. The public appreciated it, so others followed. A series of Ketogenic Cookbooks was created with the aim of offering simple and tasty solutions to follow the ketogenic lifestyle. However, she loves to try her hand at any kind of cooking. So in the future other cookbooks will be published. She lives with her family in New York.
