Eric M. Wolf is an art librarian and independent scholar. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz and received his PhD in the history of art and architecture from Harvard University, Department of Fine Arts. Currently working as Head Librarian at the Menil Collection in Houston, Texas, he has previously worked at the New York School of Interior Design, and the Frick Collection. Wolf has published on topics ranging from the Renaissance architecture of Francesco di Giorgio Martini to the career of Alfred H. Barr, Jr. founding director of the Museum of Modern Art.
