Debbie Thomas lives in Kildare and has worked as a reporter for BBC radio. She is Writer in Residence both at Crumlin Children's Hospital and for the City of Dublin Education and Training Board project 'We Write What We Like.' She is an Irish board member of the International Board on Books for Young People, and runs creative writing and development education projects all over Ireland.
