Ian’s career comprises over twenty years in the telecoms and payment industries plus CEO roles in several start-ups, most recently at AIM listed Broca plc. Having embarked on a Masters in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, he now consults to leaders and organisations on the effective use of communications technology and their impact on leadership behaviours. He is a regular speaker on the challenges of leadership in the 21st century.
