Melinda Marshall was born in Portland, Oregon, but has spent the past 30 years in Manitoba, Canada. She has four adult children, two dogs, and enjoys a peaceful life with her partner, a fellow author. In her spare time, she ruminates on all the ways the future could go wrong. Melinda writes dystopian and science fiction stories, lightly peppered with romance for young people and the young at heart. She authored the One Bright Future series.
