Ann-Kristin Wallengren is Professor in Film Studies, Lund University, Sweden. She has written a number of books and articles on Swedish film and television from perspectives such as national and cultural identity, representation, ideology and transnationality, as well as on different aspects of film music. Wallengren lectures in most fields in film as a discipline, but mostly about film history, film analysis and theory. She also supervises postgraduates and doctoral students.
