Stephen McAfee is a retired federal employee who has been writing short stories for his own enjoyment most of his life. Shattering Time is the second in a series of short stories that he was encouraged by friends and family to share with the public. He and his wife Susan live in Rock Island Illinois and that area is used for the location in his books.
