Troy David Ouellette received his PhD in Visual Arts before embarking on a career as a children's book author and illustrator. Inspired by his son Declan's bedtime stories, he began to invent a series of tales that borrowed on his son's imagination. These eclectic stories became the catalyst for the illustrations, blending childhood imagination with the joyful colours and hand-drawn techniques that bring these tales to life.
