'Slam Dunk', 'One Piece', 'Full Metal Alchemist', 'Death Note', 'Bleach' and 'Dragon Ball Z': these were the manga that made me fall in love with storytelling. My own journey as a writer began after reading the comic 'Bakuman', which tells the tale of two students who aspire to become professional manga creators. The series made me realize that everyone starts from somewhere, and dreaming big is the most important. At the end of 2015, there was a one-shot contest being held by Medibang for which I wrote my first story. At that point, I couldn't find an artist and was unable to join the competition, but I had so much fun building a new world that I decided to keep at it and look for other publishing platforms. I set my sights on Webtoons in the hope of becoming a featured contributor and full-time writer. The first story I published there was based on the one-shot I'd made earlier, and that's how 'Spirit Warriors' started on July 1st, 2016. My original goal was 100 subscribers. I ended with over [-^-]. After seeing how people reacted to Spirit Warriors, I was dead set on making more comics, and soon thereafter found 'Nawa'. Glacias started on the 13th of November, 2016 and still is going strong. Regardless of the ups and downs, creating comics is truly my passion. Nothing pleases me more than sharing stories with the world.
