Kelly Fitzsimmons Burton, Ph.D. has been a student of philosophy for over 25 years and has been teaching philosophy at the college level for 16 years. Kelly was trained in the analytic tradition, has had deep immersion in the continental tradition, but has adopted the classical approach of Socrates as her preferred method of doing and teaching philosophy. Some of her favorite conversation partners include Plato, Aristotle, Hume, and Nietzsche.
