Caroline Kirkman was born in Berlin (Germany) in 1969 but she spent part of her youth in Singapore with her family. She had a hard time following a serious car accident when she was only 20: she expended much of her energy wanting things to be different from what they were, suffering of panic attacks and anxiety. When a friend invited her to a meditation class to help with her persistent physical and emotional pain, Caroline discovered meditation and she felt a change immediately. Since that first class, Caroline has transformed. Wanting to learn more about the power of meditation and mindfulness, she started to study and practice oriental meditation techniques, energy balance, chakras and reiki. Caroline is the author of several spiritual healing books. Her bestselling titles include How to Change your Life, Master your Emotions, How to End Anxiety, Chakras for Beginners.
