Ying Hong is an assistant professor in human resources and management at McMaster University. She teaches strategic HR planning and compensation. She researches the strategic role of human resources in businesses and has contributed to journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, books such as the Sage Handbooks of Human Resource Management, and periodicals such as the Financial Post. Ying holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations/Human Resources and an M.S. in I/O Psychology.
