Debra Denker is a journalist, photographer, and documentary filmmaker who has travelled extensively throughout Afghanistan, India, Kashmir, Pakistan, and Tibet. Her work has been published in National Geographic, the Los Angeles Times, and The Christian Science Monitor, and she is the co-producer of the documentary film A Nation Uprooted: Afghan Refugees in Pakistan. She lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
