KENNETH TREISTER 1-06-2015 Kenneth Treister, FAIA, has spent a lifetime creating art In addition to being an international architect and a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects. He is an accomplished painter, sculptor, photographer, author and lecturer. Kenneth Treister's art has been exhibited in galleries and fine art museums throughout the world. He is a member of Real Academia de Belles Arts de Sant Jorge, Barcelona, Spain, established in 1849 by Elizabeth II as the Provincial Academy of Fine Arts. He was awarded the Silver Medal and The Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Institute of Architects, Miami and in 2013 the Gold Medal from the American Institute of Architects, Florida, their highest honor. Triester has lectured at Universities in the United States, Chile, China, Israel, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, and Bali to name a few. He was an adjunct Professor of Architecture at the University of Miami and the University of Florida. He has been published in over fifty professional journals.
