Joy Elaine, aka Joysterous, is an artist and maker, originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She now lives in Portland, Oregon. She is, above all, a student of life, ever learning and growing. Every experience adds a facet to the sparkling jewel of her life. Since moving to Portland in 2011, she has voraciously read as many books as possible, developed her organic gardening skills, worked with a team to restore a historic statue, learned to weave tapestries, and realized her longtime dream of publishing a book! She's fallen in love with her partner, Farthead, and also with Leo, the dog.
