Catherine Bishop is originally from Beaumont, Texas, and now resides in Louisiana with her husband of thirty years, Deputy Brian Bishop. He, of course, is the inspiration for the book. Catherine graduated from Lamar University and works in the payments industry. Catherine and Brian both enjoy camping, bird watching, and scuba diving.
