After completing work for two teaching credentials at USD and OSU, Bill taught special ed students from 1969 through 2004. From 2006 to 2019, he was on the faculty of a distance education seminary in South Africa. Bill's graduate education includes the MA from Point Loma University, the MDiv and ThM from Western Seminary, the ThD from Unizul (South Africa) and the DMin (in progress as of 2019) at Corban University. Since his dear wife, Jan, died, Bill lives with his son in Matt's home in Oregon.
