Alissa Timoshkina is a chef, curator and supper club host with a PhD in film history. She regularly holds food pop ups and supper clubs where she explores the cuisine of the former Soviet Union. Alissa was also shortlisted for the 2017 Young British Foodie Awards and in 2022, founded #CookforUkraine with other likeminded food writers such as Olia Hercules.
