Stacey Patterson is a single mother of two and an active grandmother of two young granddaughters. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her son and three pet fish. As a child she always envisioned people in her life and people she met as colorful animated characters. This unusual quirk is where she draws her inspiration to write children's books.
